The Mobile Event Assistant is a unique product that allows you to be in contact with your guests at all time during your event. By providing accurate information on the event and their personal schedules. And all this through your guests own mobile phone. The Mobile Event Assistant does not require any investment in on-site technological infrastructure.

The service works on any mobile device, such as a mobile phone, PDA or laptop and on any kind of internet connection (i.e. W-LAN/Wi-Fi, GPRS, 3G or fixed line) regardless of the network operator and is therefore available to almost everybody.

Modules

The Event Assistant is built in a modular way. Modules can be selected dependent upon the needs and dynamics of a particular event. If necessary, new modules can be added. Current Event Assistant modules include:

Agenda: Information on the event agenda, the presenters and personal meetings. Session presentations can be ordered and sent directly to the user’s e-mail address.
Networking: Identify others by searching the event participant database. Get in touch using a mobile number or e-mail address and keep contact details for later use.
Exhibitors: Identify exhibitors by searching the event exhibitors database. Find exhibitors on-site or order brochures. Request to be contacted by exhibitors at or after the event.
Travel Info: Practical information about the event organisation, travel, venue and accommodation. A city guide of the host city can also be included.
SMS Messaging: Send text messages to individual participants or groups providing them with important information such as last minute program changes. Send badge codes to participants to enable fast-lane registration and cut operational costs.
